Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Have you ever received an email or a text offering to sell you something you did not need? 98% of this type of reach-out by companies goes to people who don’t need it. Leadgence identifies for B2B companies potential customers who need their product now, helping increase their sales conversion rate.
In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to new potential clients, conduct outbound calls, build a sustainable sales pipeline and qualifying each opportunity before handing it over to the sales teams.
Our office is based in Tel Aviv (walking distance from Hashalom train station).
- Build a prospect database
- Prospect new business opportunities via email and phone and introduce them to the Leadgence offering through creative outreach techniques and strategies
- Closely collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure alignment of our strategy
- Through attainment of monthly goals (qualified opportunities), achieve uncapped commission potential
Who are you?
- A native English speaker - a MUST
- You have 1 or more years experience in a phone sales role as part of a SaaS or B2B company OR a driven and eager to learn new grad who thrives in fast paced, constantly-changing environments
- You have the ability to proactively engage new clients through email and phone
- You have a consultative and human sales approach -- every conversation is different, and there are no scripts at Leadgence
- You have the skills to briefly and clearly articulate value - our clients are busy people!
- A desire to learn, grow, and get in on the ground floor of a top startup while launching your career
- You are a self-starter with good time management skills, able to work individually as well as a part of a team

This is an entry level position with a long term path to grow with us either to SDR team leader or sales positions. We love coaching and training and look for people who are will be long term partners on the amazing leadgence journey.
