Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Leadgence's vision is to improve the ROI in every touchpoint between a company and its business customers through advanced insights from external data.
We want to expand our global business development team and we are looking for a results-driven person with a love for sales, data, and tech to work either remotely or in our beautiful Tel Aviv office. You will be part of a multi-cultural team in a young entrepreneurial environment. You must have the ability to work independently and generate strong revenue growth. The future of our business relies on our sales and innovation, so this role is an integral part of our strategy.
Your focus will be to bring in new business for Leadgence. As a Sales Development Representative, you are responsible for finding new leads, qualifying them and passing them onto the sales team. The added bonus - you will get access to our own technology to make your job much easier.
- Prospect new business opportunities via email and phone and introduce them to the Leadgence offering through creative outreach techniques and strategies
- Convert qualified leads into scheduled product demos with your Sales Manager
- Closely collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure alignment of our strategy
- Through attainment of monthly goals (qualified opportunities), achieve uncapped commission potential
Who are you?
- Native English speaker - a Must!
- Ideally 1+ years' experience in sales or account management OR a Bachelor's Degree and strong desire to pursue a challenging career in SaaS sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- You want to win and you find motivation in temporary setbacks
- You love connecting with people online, on the phone, and face-to-face

This is an entry level position with a long term path to grow with us either to SDR team leader or sales positions. We love coaching and training and look for people who are will be long term partners on the amazing leadgence journey.
